"Always and Forever" Prologue

Waz Up my peoples,
    this is my first fanfic, so please don't be too hard on me. This is a 
"First Season" fic, but the ages are different, the girls are 17 and the guys 
are 19. Sorry, but there is no Luna or Artemis in this fic, and no one is a 
Sailor Scout or any kind of super hero. I know that most of the people that 
are going to read this fic probably are not even reading this so, I'll shut 
up now.

Disclaimer: I do not own any of the other characters in this fanfic, so don't 
sue. (Even if you did sue, you wouldn't get any money, cuz I ain't got no 
money, but if *you* do, could you lend me some?)

Prologue 

                       
                     :::Authors P.O.V.:::
"AAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! Why didn't somebody wake me up?" Serena screamed while 
throwing on her school uniform, "Ms. H. is gonna be totally steamed and I'm 
gonna get detention...AGAIN!!!!!!!"
 Serena ran down the stairs grabbed a piece of toast and her lunch, and 
bolted out the door while yelling; "Thanks for lunch mom!!!!"
 Serena's mother, Ilene, shook her head in disappointment, "Will that girl 
ever learn to get up on time, she's sixteen and never once has she been early 
to class." Ilene said to her husband, Ken.
  "Don't worry dear, I'm sure she'll improve sooner or later, I mean she's 
gotta be sick of having detention everyday." Ken replied as he looked at the 
clock on the kitchen wall, "OH NO! I'm late for work!!! Bye dear, see you 
this evening." And with that Ken rushed out the door.
 'Now I know where she gets it from.' Ilene sighed and decided to do the 
dishes.
  "Why can't they start school later, like around 11:00 or something?!!" 
Serena complained right before smashing into something, or more like someone. 
She fell to the ground and immediately stood back up, "I'm sorry, very very 
sorry, please forgive me..." Serena started until she heard an annoyingly 
familiar voice and groaned.
  "Jeez Meatball Head, first you throw your test paper at me and now you 
crash into me, what's up with you?" Darien asked in an irritating voice.
  "Oooo, Don't call me MEATBALL HEAD! My name is Serena, 
S-E-R-E-N-A, can you say that or is it too big of a word for you to 
pronounce?" Serena retorted, anger boiling in her veins, "Oh no, now I'm 
totally late, I'm definitely going to get major detention now!! Thanks alot 
you great big zero!!" She said as she sped away leaving a laughing Darien 
behind.
  'Ooo, that guy makes me so mad!'
 Serena walked into class as quietly as possible hoping Ms. Haruna wouldn't 
notice that she'd came late.
  "So glad you could join us Serena, what was it this time that kept you from 
being at school on time?" Ms. Haruna asked lifting her gaze to Serena who was 
breathing heavily from the marathon she'd run to get there.
  "I'm sorry Ms. Haruna it won't happen again and there was no reason why I 
am late today." Serena replied catching her breath.
  "It better not happen again, but I'm going to let you slide this time, Just 
try to be early. Now please take your seat and let me finish my lesson."
  'YES, there is a god, or probably just a hot date'

(After school, walking to the arcade)
  
"You sure did get lucky Serena, you probably would have had to stay in 
detention for two hours if it weren't for Robert, Ms. Haruna's new 
boyfriend." Leta said, warning Serena to try to be on time as they walked to 
the arcade along with Mina.
   "I know, but that obnoxious dork, Darien ran into me this morning and he 
called me Meatball Head again!" Serena retorted.
   "Are you sure you didn't run into him?" Mina asked, joining the 
conversation.
   "Yeah, so.." Serena mumbled angrily.
   "You know, I kind of like the name, it's sort of cute if you ask me." Lita 
said hoping Serena wouldn't kill her for such a remark.
   "Well no one did ask you, so..." She trailed off as they entered the 
arcade and a friendly voice rang in her ears.
   "Hey Serena," Andrew waved.
   "Hi Andrew." Serena said back as the girls walked to the counter to great 
Andy.
   "Hi Mina, Leta. So how's it goin?"
   "Fine, I guess." Serena said in a down kind of voice.
   "Oh, well what's wrong?" Andy asked, it was his job to make sure the girls 
stayed their happy selves, especially Serena.
   "She's sad cuz school is ending in two weeks." Leta answered for Serena.
   "Oh I see, but Serena, I thought you hated school."
   "I do, but I'm leaving for the summer to visit grandparents, I love them 
alot and all, but none my friends aren't there." She said sadly.
   "Oh, well where do they live?"
   "California, they moved there not too long ago because of a job offer my 
grandpa got and now they wanna show me their new home so I'm staying the 
summer. And did I mention I'm going out there with only Sammy?" 
   "Your parents aren't going with you?" Mina asked cutting in.
   "Nope, they've got plans for the summer and us kids would just get in the 
way."
   "That's too bad Sere, but look on the bright side, next year will be the 
end of grade school." Leta said cheerfully, hoping it would brighten the 
mood. Just as Serena started feeling better about the whole situation, Darien 
walked in.
   "Hey Andrew, hi girls, and Meatball Heads." Darien greeted.
   "Oh stuff it, useless piece of..." She broke off when Leta put her hand 
over Serena's mouth, preventing what was to come out of her mouth next, 
"HeHe, well we better go, bye. Andrew, Darien." Mina said as they walked out, 
Leta still with one hand over Serena's mouth, waved to the them with the 
other.
 Derien sat down on a stool in front of Andrew, "So what was Meatball Head 
talking' to you about this time?"
   "I'll have you know that I like helping Mea.. I mean Serena, and she was 
just a little down that school is ending in two weeks." Andrew explained 
while giving Darien a Pepsi.
   "Hold on, let me get this straight, she was actually upset about leaving 
school, was she feeling O.K.?"
 Andrew laughed at Derien's confusion, "Yeah, she was fine, she was mad 
because she's spending the whole summer with her grandparents in California 
and she won't be able to see her friends."
   "Oh. Anyway, what are you doing this summer?"
   "I'm going with my brother to his cabin in the mountains, we're only going 
there for a month and a half though, the rest of the summer I'll be here 
here."
   "Don't you ever get tired of working here?"
   "Actually, no, it's nice, you meet lots of new people here, you make 
friends fast." 
   "Like you can't do that at the mall," Darien said more to himself then to 
Andrew. "Well I better get going, I gotta finish a project for a class, see 
ya tomorrow Andy, bye."
   "Bye Dare."

(two weeks later, at the airport)

     "Have fun at your grandparents house Serena. Oh yeah, you too Sammy." 
Mina said saying her good-byes to Serena.
   "Yeah and study, study, study. Speaking of which I have to go cram so I 
can be ten chapters ahead for next year, bye Sere, call me." (AN: I'm 
guessing you know who said that. No? here's a hint, she's got blue hair)
   "Well Serena see ya next year, promise you'll come to the arcade first 
thing when you get back?" Andrew asked.
   "Promise." 
   "Well don't eat too much junk food, bye Serena." Andrew continued giving 
her a hug.
   "Yeah and try not to have too many klutz attacks Meatball Head." Darien 
said, Andrew dragged him down there with him.
   "Did you have to bring Dufus here with you?"
   "Bye Meatball Head, say hello to your cousin, Julie for me, and could you 
give her this good luck charm, she begged for one last time she was here and 
the temple was all out." Raye said handing her the copper pendant.
   "I'll make sure that she gets it."
   "Bye Serena, have a great time and tell all the details of Cali when you 
get a chance to call O.K.?" Mina said holding both Serena's hands tight, 
before hugging the life out her.
   "O.K. Mina I can't breathe." Serena choked out.
 Mina let go immediately and blushed, "Sorry, got a little carried away."
   "Here Sere, I packed you and Sammy lunches for the plane, hope you like 
it." Lita said putting the bags Serena's hands.
   "I'm sure we will, your cooking is always perfect, Lita. Thank you."
   "Oh thanks Sere, have a nice vacation and give these cookies to your 
grandpa, he loves these things, he ate more of them then you did and I didn't 
know anyone could do that." Lita said with a bright smile.
 Serena glared at Lita then noticed that the cookies for her grandpa were her 
absolute favorite cookies in the world, Lita's Famous Oatmeal Raisin Cookies.
   "Don't worry Serena, you have some in your bag too." She said with a light 
giggle.
   "Oh good, well thanks for coming you guys, I'll see you next year." Serena 
said as Sammy walked to her side, coming from his little meeting with his own 
friends, Serena shoved the lunch bag down at Sammy rather roughly and he hit 
her hard on the arm for it. She hit him upside his head and he tried to her 
back, but noticed he was being held back by someone, he turned around to see 
his father, "If any boys try to hit on Serena tell me when you get back O.K., 
keep an eye on her." Ken whispered to his son before patting him on the back. 
Sammy nodded his head and gave his dad the thumbs up sigh and walked onto the 
plane with Serena behind him. 

(A summer later *Serena/Sammy got back last night*)

  *yawn* "Good morning everybody" Serena said lazily still half asleep, she 
got up early anyway so she could start the day and see her friends and for 
some strange reason she missed...Darien?
Brushing the thought of him out of her mind she sat down at the table and 
poured herself a bowl of Corn Flakes, her mother and father looked at her 
like she was from another planet.
   "Serena dear, are you feeling alright?" Ilene asked worriedly.
   "Yes mother, I'm fine, why do you ask?"
   "Honey, you just poured yourself a bowl of sugarless cereal, are you sure 
you're not sick?" Ken asked putting a hand to her forehead, "She's not hot."
   "Dad, I'm fine, I'm not like that anymore, after staying with grams and 
gramps, their 'perfectness' kinda rubs off on ya I guess." 
   "Oh, I see, sorry dear." Ilene said drinking her orange juice.
   "Yes, I'm sorry too sweetie." Ken added.
   "It's O.K. guys, it was a little unusual for me to not eat sugar, I 
understand," Serena replied with a smile. "well I'm gonna go take a shower, 
see ya." She said as she ran up the stairs. 
   "We should have sent that girl to my parents house a loooong time ago." 
Ilene said, staring at the chairs that had just been occupied by Serena. All 
Ken could was nod.
   "Oh dad, mom, have you told her about the suprize you have for her yet?" 
Sammy asked excitedly.
   "No, we're going to wait till she comes back down, when she's not half 
asleep." Ilene said with a smile
 A half an hour later, Serena came down in a light pink mini-skirt, a long 
sleeved, white button up blouse, and knee highs. Her hair was put up in it's 
usual 'meatball' style.                        
 Ken looked at his wife and she nodded, he smiled and got up to walk over to 
Serena, "Serena dear, we've got a suprize for you." Ken said cheerfully.
   "Really, what is it?!" Serena asked eagerly.
   "Step out side and open the garage." Her mother said.
 Serena's eyes lit up and ran out the door faster then a bullet. She pressed 
the 'open' button on the side of the garage and the door opened slowly only 
to reveal an automatic, Blue Corvette Convertible, with beige leather 
interior, she put her hands over her mouth to prevent screaming, she turned 
around to see her mother, father, and Sammy, they were all smiling widely.
   "Thank you sooo much, it's beautiful!" She squealed, hugging her family, 
even Sammy. Ken pulled out the keys to the car and dropped them in Serena's 
hand, "You be careful now, you understand, it's not a toy." He said with a 
stern voice.
   "I know daddy, I'm eight years old, you know, I can handle myself." And 
with that she jumped into the car and turned it on,
"Hey Serena, can you give me a ride to Mika's house? I promised her I'd stop 
by first thing." Sammy asked with puppy dog eyes.
   "Sure, hop in. Bye mom, bye dad, I'm spending the day with my friends, k?"
   "O.K. hon. be back by 11:30 and you, Sammy be back by 10:45." Ilene said 
as she waved to the kids. They both nodded and left. 

   "O.K. Sammy, here you are, if I'm done with by friends early I'll pick you 
up at 10:30." Serena said as he stepped out of the car.
   "O.K. Thanks Serena, bye." Sammy waved and knocked on Mika's door, Serena 
drove off when she saw Mika open the door.
  'Now let's see, where would all my friends be?' Serena thought, 'I know! At 
the arcade!!' And with that she went down the block to the Crown Arcade.
 She pulled up in front and everyone stared in awe as she stepped out of the 
Corvette and into the arcade, she got lots of looks from most of the guys in 
there, and even a few whistles, then, she spotted a table with a group of 
familiar people and smiled. The table consisted of Amy, Raye, Leta, Mina, 
Andrew, Darien, and Chad, they looked kinda down, they were talking about 
something that she couldn't quite catch so she walked closer.
   "I wish Serena were here, it's so boring here." Leta whined.
   "Yeah, I miss her, when does she come back?" Amy added.
   "I think it's next week, and knowing the Meatball Head she'll probably be 
a week late!" Raye replied, she'd been overly grouchy for almost the whole 
summer since she didn't have Serena to torment. Serena walked to the front of 
the table, "I resent that." She said with a smile, they all turned to look at 
her and their jaws nearly hit the floor.
   "Well hello to you too."
   "Serena?" Andrew asked.
   "No, I'm her twin sister." She replied sarcastically.
   "Serena!! You're BACK!!" The girls said as they jumped up immediately and 
hugged her.
   "So I hear none of you missed me and wished I'd stayed back in Cali, uh? 
Some friends." She said firmly, and the group stared in confusion thinking 
they'd never said that. Serena giggled, "It's just a joke, sheesh, what's up 
with you guys?" 
   "Well it's just because you haven't been here all summer and it was 
extremely boring!" Raye exclaimed. Everyone except for the guys laughed, they 
were still sitting at the table, with chin hanging un the ground. Serena 
stepped through the crowd of her friends and walked up to the guys. 
   "Are you O.K.?" Serena asked a bit worried.
  'silence'
   "Um hello?"
   "Mea- Meat- Meatball Head?" Darien asked.
   "DON'T CALL ME THAT!!!!"
   "Sorry Serena, it's just that you've been gone so long and we're just kind 
of stunned, you look so, so, well.. so different." Andrew explained.
   "Oh, well can you three please come out of your trance, you're kinda 
creeping me out."
   "Yeah, and get your chins off the floor please, they haven't been swept 
yet." Raye added.
   "Well my lunch break's about to end, anyone want?" Andrew asked. "Let me 
guess, Serena, you want a double chocolate sundae, with extra whipped cream, 
right?"
   "Nope, I don't eat like that anymore, I'll just have a Sprite."
 Everyone looked at her like she was crazy, "WHAT??!!"
   "Are you sure you didn't bump your head when you were on your way here?" 
Lita sked.
   "You know, I'm really sick of this, either you treat me like a normal 
person or I'm leaving, understood?"
   "Yes."
   "Good, now girls, whatcha wanna do today?" 
   "How 'bout shop!!" Mina suggested.
   "I'm there." the girls said in unison.
   "Well, not *everything's* changed, eh?" Chad spoke and the guys laughed.
 Andrew left to go get Serena's Sprite, he came back two minutes later and 
the girls were discussing something about school. Well kind of, it was 
actually about the boys at school, but same difference, right?
 Andy set the soda in front of Serena, "Thanks Andy."
   "No problem."
   "Anyway, how we gonna get to the mall, I don't feel like walking that 
far." Amy said.
   "We can take my car!" Serena exclaimed.
   "You have a car?" Mina asked.
   "And they actually let you drive it?" Raye added.
   "Hello! I'm seventeen, I think I should be able to drive."
   "Oh. Yeah, Um so where's your car?" Darien asked.
 Serena pointed to the convertible outside.
   "All I see is that Blue Corvette." Amy said.
   "I know, you like?" Serena asked with a grin, just finishing her Sprite.
   "That's your car?"  Darien asked in suprize.
   "Aw, are you mad cuz now you're not the only one with a nice sports car? 
That's just too bad." Serena said with a pouty lip before putting down some 
money on the table, for the soda.
   "Be quiet Meatball Head."
   "Please don't tell me you still don't know how to say my name, it Serena, 
come on let's say it together, Suh..re..na."
   "Meat..ball..head." 
   "I knew you were dumb, but now you're just idiotic." 
   "Hey!"
 Serena got up from her seat and walked to he girls and when they just about 
to exit the arcade Serena called back to Darien, just so everyone could hear, 
"Hay is for horses, you're a jackass." Serena said as stepped out, she turned 
to see the girls already in the car, she laughed and walked around to her 
side.
 In the arcade Chad was practically rolling around on the ground, he was 
laughing so hard, "Chad,"
   "Yeah?" Chad managed to answer between laughs.
   "Get off the floor and shut up!"
 Chad only laughed harder. Darien walked over to the counter to talk to 
Andrew.
   "So Darien, what'd ya think?" Andrew asked.
      "What *are* you talking about, Andy?" Darien replied.
   "What did you think of Serena?"
   "What do you mean, you know we hate each other."
   "Keep tellin your self that buddy."
   "Really Andy, have you gone mad?" 
   "Oh come on Darien, don't play dumb, I saw the way you looked at her, all 
googly eyed."
   "I think what you saw was nausea."
   "Fine, deny it now, but I'll find the truth sooner or later."
   "Yeah, whatever, well I better get going." 
   "O.K. Bye Darien see ya later."
   "Bye."

(At the mall)

   "So Serena, what's up?" Lita asked Serena, they were the only ones done 
shopping so they waited outside.
   "What do you mean?" Serena asked confused.
   "I'm not stupid Serena, you like Darien dontcha?"
   "Lita, that's totally unheard of, are you nuts?!"
   "Say whatever you'd like to say Serena, but I know you like him, you 
practically had little hearts in your eyes."
   "DID NOT!!!"
   "Did too."
   "Fine Lita, whatever you say, just don't tell the girls we had this 
argument, especially Raye, she'd never stop ith the teasing."
   "O.K. Serena, it's our little secret, no one besides me and you will know 
that you're in love with Darien." Lita answered with a smirk.
   "Shut up Lita. I DO NOT LIKE DARIEN!!!"
   "Whatever you say, Serena. Whatever you say."
 Serena just glared at her and Lita gave a huge grin, Serena rolled her eyes. 
   
(Monday, first day of school)

   "Good morning all." Serena chimed happily as she walked into the kitchen.
   "Good morning Serena, there's some cereal on the table for you." Her 
mother motioned to a bowl on the table.
 Serena finished eating and went upstairs to do her hair. (in meatball form 
ofcourse)
   "Bye mom, bye dad, see later."
   "Have a good day at school Serena." Her father called before she went out 
the door.
 Serena pulled into the parking lot of her school and met Lita and Amy at the 
entrance gate, "Hey girls, what's up?"
   "Well we've got eighteen minutes before class, so what do you wanna do 
Sere?" Amy asked, a little shocked that Serena would come so early, but she 
didn't say anything about it.
   "Um...how about we, uh...I don't, Lita?"
   "We could go see Ms. H. and see what she does when she sees that Serena 
has come early!"
 Serena smiled, "O.K. let's do it." And they walked off to Ms. Haruna's class.
 When they got there, everyone from their class last year was there saying 
hello to Ms. H. Serena smiled widely and walked through the crowd straight up 
to Ms. Haruna's desk, "Hi Ms. Haruna, how's everything?" Serena asked with a 
devilish smirk.
   "Serena?" She asked with wide eyes.
   "In the flesh."  
 With that Ms. H. fainted and Serena giggled under her breath and asked 
someone to get the nurse down there.
   "So, what happened?" Judy, the nurse asked.
   "I came in to say hello to her cuz she was my teacher last year and she 
fainted when I said hi."
   "Do you know why she would have fainted?"
   "It was probably because I was never early to one class the entire year 
with her." Serena replied laughing nervously.
   "Oh, so you're Serena, the girl she always talked about."
   "She talked about me?"
   "Yeah all the time, but I gotta tell ya, it wasn't very nice."
   "Oh," The bell rang "Well I better get to class before I become late, 
thanks, bye."
 Serena said as she walked away sadly. Judy made a sad face, "Aw.. She seems 
like a nice girl, I wonder why Ms. Haruna didn't like her, besides the fact 
that she was tardy all the time?" She asked herself in a low whisper.

(after school at the arcade)

   "Hiya Meatball Head!" Darien said
 Andrew glared at him, Darien just looked back at him innocently.
   "Oh god, not now Dorker Brain."
  Andrew held back a laugh, seeing that Serena was unhappy and needed his 
help, "Hey Serena what's wrong?" He asked caringly.
   "Well one is, I'm sick of the way people keep looking at me, like I'm on 
drugs or something, two, today I went to say hi to my teacher from last year 
to see what'd she'd say when she saw that I came early,"
   "Well, what'd she say?" Darien asked curiously.
   "She didn't say anything, she fainted," Darien started to laugh and Serena 
glared at him with such hate it almost hurt him, he stopped immediately. "And 
third, I found out from the nurse that Ms. Haruna hated me last year and 
probably still does." She sighed and looked up at Andrew, "Was I really that 
bad last year?"
   "You better believe it, Meatball Head!" Darien answered for him, laughing 
hysterically again. This time Serena didn't bother to stay, she just got up 
and walked out. Andrew hit Darien upside the head hard, "OW!! What'd you do 
that for?!"
   "Why are you so mean to that girl, you know her name is Serena and she 
doesn't need any torment from you, especially after she found out that her 
11th grade teacher hated her, have a heart Darien or atleast a brain."
   "I'm sorry, I..." 
   "Don't apologize to me, apologize to her and when you do it don't call her 
Meatball Head."
   "Fine, I'll do it tomorrow."
   "No, you'll do it now."
   "But I don't even know where she went."
   "She's at the park, if she can't talk to me then she goes to the park and 
sits out under the oak tree next to the lake, now go."
   "Fine, I'm going, I'm going." Darien said in a whiny voice and walked out 
of the arcade.
   "Dorker Brain, that's a good one Serena." Andrew said to himself and 
laughed.


(at the park)
                       :::Serena's P.O.V.:::
 I was siting under my favorite tree wondering why I had let Darien's words 
hurt me so much 'I mean, it's not like I like him, or do I?' 'Serena get a 
grip, this Dorker Brain Darien we're talking about here!' 'Don't call him 
that!' 'Wait a minute, did I say that?' 'It's obvious you like him Meatball 
Head' 'Do not' 'Do too' 'Nuh-huh' 'Yah-huh' 'Nuh-huh' 'Get a life' 'I've got 
on, thank you' 'Then why are you arguing with yourself?' 'HeHe' 'Reality 
needs you now, Serena' 'What are you talking about?' 'Someone is sitting next 
to you' With that I snapped out of my thoughts and looked to see who was 
sitting next me, I groaned when I saw it was Darien, "Would you like 
something?" I asked turning my head see his face. There was no answer. I took 
this time to look at him a while, 'Wow, were his eyes always that mysterious 
midnight blue, and was his hair always so dark, like ebony, was he always 
this cute?' 'What are you saying Serena, have you lost your marbles?!!!' 
'He's totally dreamy...Way cuter then Christian' 'Serena snap out of it, he's 
gonna think you've gone bonkers, which apparently you have' 'Just a few more 
minutes...' 'Now Serena, come back to the real world now' 'Fine!' 
   "Hello, what do you want?"
 Silence.
                       :::Darien's P.O.V.:::
   "Hello, what do you want?" She asks, I can tell obviously getting annoyed 
by my silence. She turned her head to look out at the lake, and I took this 
as an opportunity to see what she really looks like, cuz I never really got a 
chance to actually look at her, 'Her eyes are so blue, like sapphires, her 
hair looks like gold, maybe a little darker even, she's beautiful, way 
prettier then that slut Rebecca' 'Darien are you O.K. you do realize that 
you're talking about Meatball Head, right?' 'Her name is Serena!' 'But you 
are supposed to call her Meatball Head!!!' 'No I'm not, I should call her by 
her real name, Serena, and what a beautiful name that is' 'Ugh, get a grip on 
reality now, she's gonna think you've gone completely wacko if you keep 
sitting staring at her!' 'Yeah, whatever'
   "Serena?" I said a bit nervously.
   "Yes?" 
   "I..I wanted to apologize, for what.. I said at the arcade."
   "Oh. Well your forgiven I guess and I'm sorry I called you Dorker Brain, 
but it's only fair since you always call me Meatball Head and you know very 
well that my name is Serena."
   "I'm sorry about that too."
   "It's O.K."
   "Hey what happened to the meatballs anyway?"
   "I took them down when I came here, you didn't notice?"
   "No."
   "Well I guess you wouldn't have since you were staring at the lake."
 She turned her head back to face the lake again, a lock of her hair brushed 
against the back of my neck '...silk!...' and I had to bite my lip to reject 
the urge of running my fingers through her long, golden hair.

                     :::Author's P.O.V.:::
 Raye, Lita, and Mina walked along the path at the park talking about how 
school was this year, "You I'm really glad we don't have to wear those stupid 
uniforms now, I like these ones, the skirt is short, it's long-sleeved, and

color." Lita stated.
   "Yeah, I guess it is."
   "Oh my god, is that Serena and Darien...together?" Mina asked, eyes wide.
   "Oh my gosh, it is!" Raye exclaimed.
   "I knew they would hook up, come on let's go bug 'em." Lita suggested.
 They ditched the path and cut across the grass to where Sere & Dare sat, 
"Hey, you two, whatcha doin?" Lita asked mischievously.
   "What's it look like we're doing? We are looking at the lake." Serena 
said, knowing very well what they were thinking.
   "Together?" Raye asked with an evil looking smile curving her lips 
slightly.
   "Yes is there a problem with that?" Darien entered the conversation.
   "No. Just how did you end up here...together?" Mina had a strange sparkle 
in her eye which always meant that she had a plan.
   "Darien came here to apologize to me, for a comment he said earlier at the 
arcade."
   "Oh. Right." The girls said in unison.
   "If your thinking what I think you're thinking, Stop.. cuz it's not 
happening, Darien is not my boyfriend, I hardly even like him so get off my 
case. Now if you'll excuse me, but I have things to do."
   "Me too. See ya."
 And the two walked off in two separate directions, leaving three girls with 
a plan forming in their minds.
