Hey Minna! Well, since the new writing restrictions on multi-chapter stories have come into action, I have been forced to find a new site that will publish my works! < Sob > So, I've been forced to present my new works to my idols Alicia Blade and Lady Starra! < Ice-Princess sighs, wondering if she will ever be as good as them. > Well, this story is about my favorite two characters Serena and Darien (original, I know!). It's a first-season romance, somewhere between the episodes " A friend in Wolf's clothing" and " A reluctant Princess". This story, however, does not incorporate Darien being captured by the Nega-Verse. Note: This story is a multiple POV story. The Pov's are Andrew, Darien, Serena, and the Narrator. Now, on to the political stuff… DISCLAIMER: I do not profess to own Sailor Moon, in whole or in part. Sailor Moon belongs to Naoko Takeuchi, Bandai, Kodansha, Toei, and Dic. All characters in this story are entirely fictional. This is a non-profit story intended only for the enjoyment of the reader. "Forever Destiny: Finding my Eternity"Chapter 1By Ice-PrincessRated G ~*enjoy*~ *&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*Darien* ' Oh, where is she? She's late today.' I've been staring at the door for two hours, just waiting for her to walk, or rather trip into the arcade. Ever since that fateful day she threw her test paper at my head, I haven't been able to think about anybody else. I remember it like it was only yesterday...(one month ago) "Man, I wish I had checked this book out sooner! It's great! I never thought that a guy like you read anything besides Advanced Physics." Andrew and I were sitting in the arcade, talking about nothing in particular, when I had this sudden urge to go to the library. I couldn't explain it, but I felt drawn to it, as if something was making me want to walk to the library, but for no reason at all. After about ten minutes, I figured out that I might as well go, since I was so distracted by this urge, I couldn't hear a word Andrew was saying. " Hey Andrew, I've gotta go, it was nice talking to you." I said non-chalantly, trying to keep him from probing me with questions. "Why so soon Dare, It's only 3:20. You don't need to be to work until five." Ugh! He just had to ask. Okay Darien, think of something practical to say. What to say, what to say… "Um… I've got a book that's majorly over-due, and I need to return it ASAP." Please by it Andrew, I've really gotta go…. Andrew wasn't buying it. "Why can't you just return it on you way to work? It's quicker anyway." Oh geez! C'mon Andrew, just let me go. "They charge per hour. It's a new policy." I was beginning to get mad. Andrew looked at me skeptically, but then decided to let me go. "Fine Dare, I'll see you tomorrow, same time?" "I'll be here!" Okay, Bye Darien!" "See you later buddy!" I quickly exited the arcade and headed towards the library. I still couldn't understand why I was heading north on Lincoln Avenue, especially when taking 9th street was so much quicker. "Oh well." I said more to myself than anyone else. After about ten minutes, the urge dissipated, and I finally got into my book. Not five minutes after that, I saw a beautiful girl with the most unusual hairstyle, standing three in front of me. " Mom's gonna kill me when she see's this test! Since when in the real world are you going to use (3x + 8x) 4? I'm sick of bringing home bad grades. I need a sundae." And with that, she wadded up the paper in her hand, and tossed it over her shoulder. All I could think was 'This angel just threw a paper at me! What to say, what to say… "Hey watch it!" I unwadded the paper and looked at the number scrawled across the top in thick, red, ink. "Wow, a 30! Are you lazy, or just incredibly stupid!" I mentally kicked myself as I watched her turn beet-red with anger. 'Man, she's cute when she mad!' "Who asked you!" She yanked the paper from my grasp and stomped off. "Jerk!" she whispered as she stomped away. I don't think a read a word of that book the rest of the way home. (Present) 'Man where is she?!' Wait, I see blonde hair, and …meatballhead! I knew she would come; though she is three minutes late. Okay Darien, whatever you do, don't call her… "Hey meatballhead! Fail another test today?" Ugh! Some things never change. " For you information,Chiba, I got a D+ today!" Serena stated rather proudly. I had to stifle a chuckle. "Oh, my mistake!" I said rather cockily. "So meatballhead, come here to fry some brain cells playing video games; or did you just come to pig out on ice-cream." "I don't have to take this! You are a conceited jerk Darien! Just leave me alone!" Serena was getting upset, but I couldn't seem to stop the insults coming from my mouth. "Oh, I'm shaking!' I said with a cynical smirk. "Shut-up Darien! I hate you!" Serena screamed at me, tears spilling on her rosy cheeks. With that, she ran out of the arcade, nearly tripping on an uneven piece of linoleum. 'I made her cry. She hates me…' I felt a tear slip down my cheek. I gasped as it hit the counter. 'Why am I crying?! I'm acting like I care about her or something! C'mon Darien, she means absolutely nothing to you! Got that!' I knew that wasn't true. Serena was the most important person in my life. She held such power over me and she didn't even know it. With that, Darien turned towards the counter and stared at the change machine in the back room. *Serena* 'Why is Darien so mean to me?' What did I ever do to him? I mean, I walk into the arcade, and the first thing I hear is insults and names. Now, don't get me wrong, the name meatballhead is cute and all, but I wish he didn't use it as a putdown. What I would give to hear him say, "Hey, how's my little meatballhead today? Have I ever told you how beautiful you are?" Then I'd reply, "I'm doing great, and yes, you've only told me a hundred times!" Then, he'd laugh cheerily. He'd gather me up into his arms and he'd stare into my eyes. He would lean towards my face, leaving us inches apart… his breath would tickle my lips… then… so warm… he's about to kiss me! His lips are only a centimeter from mine, so close… 'WHAM!' Ouch! What did I hit! I looked up slowly to see a big, thick, telephone pole right in my way. 'I'm gonna feel that one tomorrow!' And with that, Serena continued home, dreaming of what her life would be like if Darien fell in love with her. She never bothered wondering if he felt the same way. ~* finis*~ &*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&* Stay tuned for part two!
