Hopes and Dreams By Inca's Love indiamafia@hotmail.com this is my first attempt at fanfiction, can u please tell me what u think… I don't own Sailor Moon Serena. Her name was Serena. She had told him a millions times but he never listened. All he did was grin like an idiot, not that she didn't like that grin, and say something back. Ohhhhhh he annoyed her so much, yet for some reason she liked it. Though she didn't ever tell him that. She would just die he ever found that out. Serena. Her name was Serena. He knew that of course. God, how could he not know that, he whispered it to himself before he went to sleep. It was the first word he said in the morning. How could he not know it? Of course he told her that, she would just laugh at him, and storm off again after she threw some sort of object at him. Belongings of her seemed to always fly his way. After they fought Serena would go and have a chocolate sunday at the arcade, it soothed her. Chocolate always did. Plus she liked the arcade, even if HE was there sometimes. Then they'd fight again, resulting in another chocolate sunday. Andrew must make a pretty big profit off her she sometimes thought. If she and Darien were like this forever she'd probably send his kids to college. It was a good thing she never got fat off those things. She liked the way she looked at the moment. She wondered if Darien did… He loved the way she looked, sitting there inhaling a sunday, getting it all over her mouth. She looks so cute like that. He could just sit there all day, just watching her doing anything and he would find her cute. To Darien, she was the most beautiful person he had ever seen. Something in him provoked him to go over there and talk to her but when ever he did all that would come out were insults. She hated when he insulted her, it annoyed her a lot. She was nice to everybody, but whenever he was around, she just lost it. He was the only person she had ever spoken to angrily and she hoped it would remain that way. It would break her heart if she hurt someone. She would say sorry straight after. She wouldn't be able to handle the guilt. She had a heart of gold, just one reason he loved her. Loved her. He really did love her. He hoped that one day he could tell her, maybe when she didn't hate him so much. At the moment he was happy just looking at her. He would be happy just being able to say hello to her. He couldn't wait to tell her and see that smile of hers light up her face. He loved her smile. It was on of her best features. Her smile could light up the whole world. She loved his smile. Well, really it was this quick little grin thing he had but she liked it all the same. She had never seen him smile properly. Just this cute little grin when he looked at her. Of course she always felt guilty for insulting him after the grin but she didn't let it show. She loved to make him grin like that. It made his eyes shine. He had the best eyes she had ever seen. He hoped that one day it would be his eyes staring into hers while he kissed her. She had the most gorgeous eyes, all blue and always sparkling. Dancing with merriment. He loved to look at them; he would die if he were caught though. Her eyes were his jewels and he hoped he would own them some day. She hoped he would kiss one her day, that he would belong to her and her to him, but she was a 14 year old girl and he was an 18 year old guy. What would he want with her? She was young and naďve. She didn't know much about the world and she was dumb. Her friend were much smarter than her and would tell her she was silly to think Darien would want to go out with her. She was not his type anyway… He would love to kiss her; she had the perfect mouth for it. It was all rose coloured and shaped beautifully. She was perfect. Everyone loved her. He didn't care that she was to young; though that was one of the main reasons he didn't ask her out. He could teach her lots of things about the world and help her with school. She was beautiful, but he probably isn't her type anyway… She could just imagine him and her strolling down to the arcade together, arm in arm, smiling adoringly at each other. Locked in the own little world till someone pulled them out of it. Then he would lean down and kiss her… He could just imagine them together, probably going to the arcade, walking down the sidewalk too wrapped up in each other to notice anyone else. Then he would lean down and kiss her… She sighed quietly and walked off, thinking of how she and him could never be… How they were too different, too afraid to ask… Some day. Some day she would tell him that she loved him, but for now, all she had were hopes and dreams. He watched her walk her away from him, screaming at himself to go after her, to cherish her, to confess, but her couldn't. Not now anyway. He would wait, till he thought the time was right and then he would tell her, but for now, all he had were hopes and dreams.
