Hey guys!!! How are ya?? It's me, Midnight Angel again! I am here to 
bring you the latest chapter of my story. Yes this is my first story so 
go easy on me! I would really REALLY appreciate any, and all email! If

email address just for sailormoon mail. Er... I was talking about it 
with a friend of mine, and we gave each other Sailor names. Mine is 
Sailor Eternity aka Midnight Angel. You can call me either one, doesn't 
matter, but I am sticking to Midnight Angel for my fanfics cause I already 
sent several out with that as my nick...lots of trouble to change it. 
No prob though. 
Now, in this chapter I am just typing it up as I go so I really have no 
special summary to give you, but if you want to know if Serena forgives 
Darien then ya better read!Emily: hey girl!! Thanks so much for all your help!!
Sarah: Thanks a lot for reading my storied before I send them in, and 
always being there! What would school be like without you???
Susanna: Thanks for being a good friend as well, you and Sarah brought 
me into loving SM as much as I do! Plus, how would I handle the 
newspaper staff without you on it as our Editor??!!?? You're the best!!

"Letter's of Confession"

  "If you give me a chance. Can you ever forgive me for the things I've 
said to you, and done to you?"
  She smiled lovingly......"Well..." she paused a moment only to make 
him wait for her answer, fully enjoying the beautiful expression on his 
face. At what looked like he might cry she decided to answer," of 
course I forgive you Darien." Serena gently wrapped her arms around his 
neck, and Darien pulled her closer, glad that he had his second chance.
  Darien decided that he wanted to start things off by getting things 
out in the open. He decided not to reveal all tonight, because he wanted 
to make things more romantic. He wanted to win his angel over on his 
own, not by pity. Finally he spoke up, "Thank you Serena...this means a 
lot to me." He smiled sweetly at her. "I intend to take this new chance 
to full advantage. Here," he said offering his arm ," let me walk you home."
  Serena happily laced her arm around his placing her head on his 
shoulder as they walked towards her home. After arriving in front of her 
house Darien gently kissed her hand. Serena's eyes sparkled at his 
gesture. For once she was seeing the side she had always dreamed was inside 
him. They parted ways with smiles, and blushing glances as Serena bounced 
happily into her house, and Darien walked merrily towards his apartment.
~~~ Later that night ~~~
  Serena skipped happily out of the bathroom in her towel as she sang 
toe - tapping tunes that filled her head. Walking over to her to her 
dresser she began to rummage through it for her new tank top with matching 
undies she had bought the previous week. After finding what she was 
looking for she looked up to see a note laying neatly on her dresser with 
a red rose tied to it. Serena's eyes filled with curiosity, and 
excitement at who the letter may be from, and what it may say. Hurriedly she  
got into her night clothes, and taking the letter she sat by the window 
to read the letter by the light of the moon.
 "Oh I wonder who it's from......, wait.........How did it get in here?"
Quickly she opened the letter, stopping only to take in the fresh scent 
of the rose. Her senses tingled at the scent of the delicate flower. 
'It smells like Tuxedo Mask' she mused...'and Darien...'
She tore open the letter, quickly her eyes began to read over it's content.
 Serena, My dear sweet angel, goddess with the golden hair, eyes as blue as the 
sky, how are you? I know it has only been a short time since we parted 
ways this evening, but I had to see you again. I was so overjoyed when 
you said you would forgive me. I felt as if I was a new man. I know 
that I messed up the first time we met, but I promise you that I plan to 
take full advantage of this time. I thought really hard when I got back 
to my apartment. I looked around at how it was so lonely, solemn, 
lifeless, and depressing. Then I thought of you, and all of a sudden the 
room seemed filled with color, laughter, joy, and warmth. I was no longer 
alone. Serena those are the feelings I tried so hard to keep away when 
we first met, because I would get attached to that feeling, and if I 
lost it... I wouldn't be able to continue without it.
  I know I am not the most open person, nor do I let myself be true to 
everyone, but you are the one who has taught me how to. I want to let 
more people get close to me, and I want to start with you. There is no 
one else in this world that means more to me than you. I am so amazed by 
you. You are everything balled up into the petite body of a young woman 
whose love, energy, happiness, and strength exceeds the container it 
lies within. I never thought it would be possible to find anyone as 
special as you. You are sweet, caring, loving, smart (all you have to do is 
try) beautiful, and so much more. It amazes me how you care and love so 
much. You wear your heart on your shoulder, there for anyone who takes 
to time to be a part of it, and you are a true friend. No matter when 
or where you have always been there for your friends. I want to let you 
know that I will always be here for you. I guess what I am trying to 
say is I want you to be a part of my life, a friend yes... and maybe even 
more? If that would be possible that you could ever feel the way I feel 
for you. I want to love you... , and I guess what I am trying to ask is 
do you ever think you can love me? Don't answer now... let's just let 
things go as they go. I want to show you more of the real me before you decide.
  You know you are beautiful all the time, but extremely beautiful by 
moonlight. You are more and more beautiful everytime I lay eyes on you, 
and especially tonight. The blush upon your cheeks as you read. I can 
see everything perfectly in my mind. That famous world warming smile 
over yours on your lips, and your eyes sparkling like sapphires. 
  I have to go now, but I just wanted you to know what was going 
through my mind. And as I said I had to see you one more time. Please don't 
be mad, but you are beautiful in your nighties. Please meet me in the 
park at 6am, the bench where we were earlier tonight. I know that is 
early for you, but I have a surprise. I hope you will enjoy it. Goodnight

  'gods she is so beautiful. Her room smelled of her wonderful scent, 
and her bunny covered sheets were soft against my skin.' He sighed 
deeply 'I'd give anything to go to bed at night holding her in my arms, and 
to wake to her beautiful smile.' 
  He turned slowly to walk away, in his mind preparing for sunrise at 
the park with his beautiful angel.~* Serena *~
 Her heart pounded at the words of the beautiful letter, and she looked 
out the window with curiosity from the last few sentences of his 
letter. Leaning out a litte ways she saw the retreating back of none other 
than Darien. She saw him turn to gaze at her, and she smiled brightly. 
She lit up inside, and as he continued on his way home she went to bed.
 "Wow..."Luna commented, "You've never went to bed at 8 before!!"
"Well... I've never wanted to get up early before, but tomorrow I have 
plans." Serena giggled lightly at the thought of her sunset rendezvous. 
Happily she turned the lights off, snuggled deep into her covers, and 
went to bed.~* 5 am Saturday morning *~
 Serena got up cheerfully, then when she glanced at the clock she freaked out.
 "Oh my God!!!!! It's  5am and I am up!! And happy!!!" She looked 
around for Luna so she could gloat, but the big ball of Lunarian fur had 
snuck out to go on her own rendezvous without notice. 'No doubt to meet up 
with Artemis' Serena thought with a wry smile.
 The happy girl bounced into the bathroom to begin to get ready. When 
she was finished she left a note on the fridge telling her mom that she 
got up early to spend the day with her friends. After placing the note 
up she ran out the door headed straight for the park.
 "Today is going to be MY day!!" she cheered as she passed people on the street.
 Finally reaching the park she skipped to the tree where only hours ago 
she had discovered the true Darien. She stopped in mid step when she 
looked at the sight in front of her. It was............


 Yeah, Yeah, Yeah... I know... you want to kill me!! I am cutting it 
here cause the next thing to happen is a whole other chapter.  You won't 
have to wait long I promise. Until then though... enjoy the wait!
