"Mamo-chan’s Sailor Moon?" By Sailor Image Chapter 2 Rating: PG E-mail: sailor_image@yahoo.com Disclaimer: Well DUH!!! The gorgeous heroine sat on the roof of an apartment building gazing down at the sprawling city of Tokyo below her. The wind picked up long strands of blonde hair and danced a wild sensuous dance with them. Sighing she rested her head on her drawn up knees. The full moon shone with the brilliance of a diamond upon her golden head. The day had started to early, much to early the white clad heroine. First college classes at 7am till 2pm, then work at 4pm not, nearly enough time to get any sleep, she didn’t get out of work till 10pm. Her boss did let her out early when one of her mind-blowing headaches came on. Those wonderful headaches that signified the Sailor Soldiers were in over their heads, again. This was getting annoying the attacks always came late at night around 12am, leaving maybe four hours before her day started allover again. But that’s life. She learnt how to deal with hardship at an early age. At nine years old she had lost everything. A fire had destroyed her life; her mother, father and older sister had burned to death. She barely remembered them. Her father had thrown her out of the window two stories up before the floor collapsed underneath him. The fall had given her amnesia. The only thing she could ever recall was their screams as they died. The horrifying sound often woke her from bed when she was young but not as much now. At sixteen she was living on her own in a sparse apartment. She had decided after the fire never to own anything that had sentimental value, so if another disaster took place everything could be replaced. Her exclusion list included humans, let no one in therefore no pain when they leave. Because of the fire that destroyed her happiness she was now terrified of fire. She would never admit it but Sailor Mars scared her to death. But that was all in the past life moved on; it always does whether or not you’re ready to move with it. Pulling herself out her memories she looked down at her custom. ‘Goddess! I look so ridiculous. I look like some wannabe Playboy centerfold. Why me? I personal would like to kill who ever came up with the lame name Angel Mask. I mean, really, it is so corny and just plain stupid. I would have been fine without a name but no the media had to have something to call me. Ok, so maybe I’m dressed in white and I do have white feathers in my hair and I can use the feathers in attacks along with white roses and wear a mask. But really ANGEL MASK. It sounds like a character out of a bad anime. I can just hear people laughing "oh look here comes Angel Mask; watch out or she’ll tickle you." I hate this name oh well can’t change it now. Not since that hottie Sailor Moon likes it and it does sound good coming from those wonderful lips of his. If I knew who he really is I would ask him out in an instant. He is so cute in that sailor outfit. I better go to bed before I fall of the roof.’ With one last look at the city Angel Mask detransformed into Usagi. She hopped onto her balcony and opened the sliding glass door. Heading for her bedroom determined to make up for all her lost sleep. Luckily tomorrow is Saturday. No school, no work, no nothing, just blessed sleep. "Help me Endymion….help me." "Who are you? What do you want? Leave me alone!" Usagi cried out to the figure just out reach. She desperately tried to make out his face all she could see was dark hair. "Help me be free…" "Help you? Help you how? I don’t even know who you are." "You are my only hope…" The figure slowly disappeared completely leaving any extremely frustrated Usagi. Throwing her head back she screamed as loud and as long as her lungs could hold out. Frustrated and hurt she collapsed onto the ground only to find herself in bed. ‘These dreams are getting weirder and weirder.’ Clutching her aching head she stumbled into the kitchen to make a cup of coffee as black as the mysterious man’s hair. The Cherry Hill temple was all but deserted that morning. A warm gentle breeze swept through the courtyard picking up stray leaves and pushing them around. The temple is the perfect picture of tranquility until… "I’m so late Chad’s gonna kill me." Mamoru yelled as he raced up the steps of the temple. "Maybe not kill you but at least make you wish you were dead!" A very pissed of Chad stood at the door into the temple. "How do you always manage to be at least half hour late to everything we do." "I’m sorry Chad it’s just that mom made two giant stacks of pancakes and you know how I can’t let good food go to waste. There was tons of yummy syrup and melted butter and…" "I don’t care what you had to eat for breakfast! Let’s get done to work." With that said Cad and Mamoru walked into the temple towards Chad’s room. In side of Chad’s room the rest of the team sat on the floor eating greasy chips and pretzels. "FOOD!!!" Mamoru dived into the pile of junk food and quickly reduced the amount of food by half. His friends turned away from the pig eating the food. "Let’s get on with the meeting. Luna do you have anything for us." Greg turned toward the black lab with the cresent moon on her forehead. "Yes, let’s talk about Angle Mask. Does anyone have anything to say about who she might be? And Mamoru we already know you think she’s hot." Mamoru shut his mouth as Luna starred at him. "Anyone else?" Heads shook around the room. "Well that was all for today. You can all go home now." "Great I’m going to the arcade see ya later." With that said Mamoru rushed to the arcade to play the new Sailor V game.
