Konnichi'wa! Sorry I haven't been in touch with you well
here is part two of Performance of the Stars. I hope you like it.
Please e-mail me I love e-mail it keeps me in touch with the real
world. Well here is part two: Auditions.

Serena was walking down to the High School Auditorium
when she saw a stranger walking in front of her. Serena then
remembered the new girl who had just moved here a couple
months ago. Her name was Dawn. Serena walked up to her and
said," Hi Dawn are you trying out for Juliet in Romeo and Juliet?"
" Yes I am Serena and I'm going to get the part to, because
my dad is the teacher who is managing the play. Anyway Serena
you wouldn't stand a chance against me, because I have only been
here for a couple of months but I have already seen what a ditz,
clumsy, and stupid person you are," Dawn said while pointing her
nose in the air.
Serena stopped walking the tears started welling up in her
eyes. Serena then started running. She ran past Dawn and her new
friends who had just joined her after her conversation with Serena.
Serena ran all the way to the auditorium until she bumped in to
something." Hi Meatball head," Darien said.
Serena then pulled away from Dariens warm body and then
Darien noticed she was crying," Darien I have told you so much
that my name is Serena that I'm getting sick of it," Serena yelled
and then ran down the hall and disappeared.
Darien ran after her," Why did I have to call her Meatball
head. I guess it is an automatic reaction."
" Serena I'm sorry I didn't mean to hurt your feelings!"
Darien yelled while he ran in to a dressing room.
" Darien it is ok. It's not you it's Dawn. She's a new girl. She
just moved  here a couple months ago and she was so mean to
me," Serena choked  out over all the tears.
Darien realized where she was and walked over to her hiding
place. When Darien saw Serena and her eyes were filled with tears
(it seemed in the light that they were in) it seemed to Darien that
little crystals were rolling down her cheeks. " Darien", Serena
said," Dawn said I was a ditz, clumsy, and stupid person. So I
would never get the part of Juliet."
" Serena your none of those things," Darien said as he got on
his knees and gave Serena a kiss on the cheek.
" Darien," Serena asked a little confused but the kiss Darien
had gave her made her cheek tingle and her head felt light.
" Serena I think you would make a beautiful Juliet," Darien
said with a smile on his face because his lips were tingling from
the kiss.
" Darien I think you would make a handsome Romeo,"
Serena said a little mockingly.
" Serena let's go tryout for the parts we practiced," Darien
said.
Serena only nodded and Darien helped her up and they
walked hand in hand to the auditorium.

      - On the Stage -

Everyone had tried out for the parts they wanted except for
Serena and Darien. " Ok let's begin," Dawns father said.
They started quoting Shakespeare," O Romeo, Romeo
wherefore art thou Romeo?" Serena said.
After they finished they sat in a group of people where they
were waiting to be told what parts they had got. When the director
of the play came out of his office he said," The lead roles of
Romeo and Juliet will be played by Darien Chiba and Dawn
Frinia."
" Ha told ya I get the part stupid  little Serena," Dawn said
before going and talking to her dad about the parts and the scenes.
Serena fought to hold back the tears. She didn't have
anything to do for the rest of the afternoon so Serena decided to go
to the arcade and see Andrew. Serena thought Andrew might be
able to cheer her up. So she left the High School even before
Darien could talk to her because all the high school girls were
hanging all over him.
When Serena arrived at the arcade she found that Andrew
was there but( here's the one that will hit you hard it's the big but)
he was talking to a girl, a  girl with brown hair down to her waist,
and long scrawny legs, and shorts if she wore to school would be
sent to the principal for being way to short. Yep you thought right
it's Dawn. " What?!" Serena managed to choke out.
Serena didn't even notice Darien come in, " Hi, Serena,"
Andrew said.
" Hi, Andrew. Hi, Dawn," Serena said as she looked back
and forth at them confused.
" Umm..... Andrew I thought you had a girlfriend?" Serena
asked.
" What? Ha what do you think Serena that he is going out
with you. That's a joke," Dawn laughed out.
" Actually Dawn I do have a girlfriend and it isn't Serena her
name is Rita," Andrew said a little annoyed," Now if you girls
don't mind I think I'll get back to work."
" Bye Andrew," Dawn said in a high pitched voice ( Ugh
how annoying).
" Look what you did I almost had it so he was going to take
me to the dance tonight," Dawn said with pure (I mean pure)
hatred in her voice.
" Dance? What dance?" Serena asked.
" The only one that the posters are up for all around school,"
Dawn said.
Serena couldn't guess which sentence she said more hatefully
the first or the second or both. " Oh that's right Dariens taking me
out to dinner and a movie tonight," Serena said almost grinning
ear to ear," Oh Well I guess I'll just have to miss it( Serena knew
she was lieing but it was working on Dawn)."
Dawn practically stopped in her tracks while she was
walking out the door. " You mean that way hot college student that
is playing Romeo in the play. Ah.. I can't wait to the kissing
scene," Dawn said pure pleasure.
" Wha.... What kissing scene?" Serena asked.
" Don't tell me you didn't know that in Romeo and Juliet
there is about a thousand kissing scenes. Ah it's a pleasure just
thinking about kissing that guy and you... poor Serena sitting in
the audience watching. ," Dawn said more hatefully than the two
first times she said anything to Serena.

-One Day till the play-

Serena walked in to the arcade with a smile on her face not
knowing why she was smiling but to her it just seemed right. " Hi
Serena," Andrew said," why you so happy?"
" Well tommorows the play and I want to wish Darien good
luck with a smile on my face," was the only explanation Serena
could pop out of her mouth.
" You like him don't you Serena," Andrew said while looking
a little serious.
Serena looked around confused," Huh me like Darien ?"
" No I'm talking to my shadow. Offcourse you," Andrew
sarcastically said.
" Well I... I. Fine I admit Darien has been sooo nice to me I
can't stand not to be around him. So yes if your asking if I like him
yes I do," Serena said as her face turned as red as hippopotamus
with a sun burn( sorry couldn't resist).
" Why don't you tell him how you feel, Serena?" Andrew
asked with a wide grin on his face because he just got Serena to
admit she liked Darien( check this) right in front of his face.
Darien was going to surprise Serena when he heard what
they were talking about. " So you like me," Darien said with a grin
that goes ear to ear.
" What," Serena gasped as she turned around," you were you
were here the whole time."
" Serena... Serena umm I guess the truth is I like you to,"
Darien managed to choke out.
" Serena  I also heard that there was a dance tonight to wish
the people in the play good luck," Darien said," would you like to
go to the dance with me Serena?"
Serena turned redder then. Than she had any other time in
her whole entire life," It would be a pleasure kind sir."
"Thank you Milady," Darien said with his deep accent.


- At Serena's house while she is getting ready for the dance-


" MOM! Do you know where my white sandals are?" Serena
yelled as a red sports car pulled in to the driveway.
" Did you look in the front closet?" Mrs.Tsukino yelled.
" Mom could you get the door please," Serena yelled as she
ran towards the front closet.
" Hello," Mrs. Tsukino said to Darien as she opened the front
door.
" Hello you must the be nice mom Serena always talks about
( wink wink)," Darien said as she invited him in.
Mrs. Tsukino gave a little laugh," You must be Darien."
As Mrs. Tsukino was talking to Darien something caught his
attention. walking down the stairs in a white gown was Serena
with white sandals and white rose earrings with a fake pearl
necklace on it made her look like a angel. It seemed like to Darien
if the lights went out she would glow in the dark. " I'm ready to go
Darien," Serena said.
Darien jaw seemed to touch the floor. Serena walked up to
him and pushed his jaw up. " Now I want her home by 11 o'clock,"
Mrs. Tsukino said.
" Alight ma'm. She will be home by ten," Darien assured
Mrs. Tsukino.
When they arrived at the dance they immediately met four
familiar looking girls. " Serena how ya do'in?" Mina asked.
" Ok Mina. Nice to see you girls so happy," Serena said," so
where are your dates?"
" There inside at the snack bar they didn't see you guys pull-
in," Ami said," good luck Darien I guess that is what this dance is
for."
So all of them went and had a good time the first hour then
something bad( well for everyone except for Serena and all of her
friends) happened. Dawn's dad appeared and said," I'm sorry to
announce the play will have to be canceled. You see my dear
daughter Dawn has come down sick and I'm afraid she won't be
able to be Juliet."
There was many sighs in the audience. Then someone spoke
up and broke the silence," Umm excuse me Mr. Frinia. Why
doesn't Serena Tsukino play the part of Juliet. Cause Serena knows
all of Juliets parts so why not keep the play on and just have
Serena be Juliet."
Everyone looked back at the person who had said that.
Everyone was suprised to see it was the only college student there.
Darien. Serena had to give out a little gasp. " Well are you up to it
Serena?" Mr. Frinia asked.
It took a second for it to sink in to Serena's head then all of a
sudden a loud yes popped out of her mouth. There was a loud
applause then Serena felt something warm brush her lips looking
up at the person who had just so gently kissed her on the lips was
suprised to find out that it was Darien yes the only one she would
ever truly love. After that everyone had a great time at the dance.
Darien took Serena home and had the best part of a date the
goodnight kiss( not saying I have ever been on a date because I
haven't, but everyone tells me kissing is like melting into a pile of
mush. Sorry back to the story.).
The next day the play Romeo and Juliet  was perfect. At the
end they got a standing ovation. Serena and Darien smiled and
gave each other and kisses on there cheeks and a hug.
All I can say what happened next was true harmony.


- Five years later was the wedding of the century of Neo- Queen
Serena and King Endymion ( or King of the Earth)-
